Hello. My name is Evelyn Friends and as a long time resident of Tallahassee I enjoy getting outdoors to walk and enjoy the abundant beauty that surrounds our area. With four young school aged daughters it is important to share with them the need for a healthy lifestyle that includes eating properly and exercising. Please let me share my love of walking and sincere desire to help others with you. Together we can change your life one step at a time.

(Each Walk is approximately 3 miles long.  Walks begin promplty at 9am.)
